Amy D. Brown, Sales Associate, Realtor

Coldwell Banker

Over the last 26 years, Amy D. Brown’s journey in real estate has been deeply intertwined with her life as a single mother of two children. Her hands-on involvement in everything from sports and school activities to fundraisers and community events not only kept Brown connected but also allowed her to become deeply familiar with the Sedona and Verde Valley areas, where her children were born and raised.

Two years ago, with her children grown and flown and a desire to expand her business, Brown acquired a second home in Paradise Valley. However, life took an unexpected turn when her mother was diagnosed with blindness soon afterward. “She resides in Scottsdale, and it became clear that I needed to support her through her journey as well,” Brown recalls. “Tragically, she was also diagnosed with small-cell lung cancer last year.”

Despite difficult circumstances, Brown’s resilience triumphed and she successfully established offices in both Sedona and the Biltmore area, winning Coldwell Banker’s 2024 International President’s Circle Award along the way. She now travels weekly between the two so she can personally attend to client needs and foster strong relationships while still caring for her mother. “I have worked across a spectrum of real estate markets, from luxury properties in Paradise Valley to multifamily units in Phoenix and back to my real estate roots in the red rocks of Sedona and small towns in the Verde Valley,” she says.

The combination of professional growth and personal fulfillment that she gets from providing top-tier service to her real estate clients is Brown’s driving force no matter what challenges she faces. “Their satisfaction motivates me to continue striving for excellence in every transaction,” she says.
