Aaron Auxier’s niche is representing high-profile figures, including celebrities, executives and developers, in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. They appreciate his market knowledge, candor and discretion throughout the transaction process. A sought-after real estate expert by mainstream media, he has made upward of 50 appearances on or in CNBC, BET, Nat Geo, Fox News, E! Entertainment, the Travel Channel and more.
Auxier, president of the Celeb & Sports division and Chief AI Officer at Williams Luxury Homes, has been licensed since 2004. An award-winning agent who placed on the 40 Under 40 list, he studied acting in Los Angeles for 20 years. He made the transition to real estate at age 30 after purchasing a home in Las Vegas. Recognizing talent, his broker offered to teach him the tech, marketing and intangible skills necessary to assist high-profile clients, as well as become a topical expert to the mainstream media.
“Within my first five years, I did $100 million in sales and 50+ major media appearances,” Auxier says. “I was able to craft a niche where I appealed to high-profile figures by being very vocal about protecting their best interests and having developer connections, including information whispered to me before many others. It worked well and changed my life.”
Already licensed in Montana and Nevada, Auxier relocated in 2019 to Arizona, a state he had visited for decades, to join Williams Luxury Homes. He spent his first few years learning everything he could about the Arizona market and becoming an expert clients could rely on 24/7.
“Unconventional and straight to the point, I take a Kobe Bryant approach to my real estate career,” Auxier says. “I love competing as well as disrupting.”
