The Arizona School of Real Estate & Business (ASREB) hosted its ninth annual Journal Industry Awards, which honors influential professionals in the local real estate industry, at Warehouse 215 in Phoenix.

Over 200 local real estate professionals gathered to network, learn, socialize and listen to industry thought leaders and speakers including Shauna Huisman, 2024 vice chair of the Arizona REALTORS® Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Among the winners were Derek Tschilar of Realty ONE Group Phoenix, who won Rookie of the Year; Michelle Macklin of Platinum Living Realty, who won Luxury Agent of the Year; Lori Cowin of Realty Executives, who won Real Estate Agent of the Year; Louis Parrish of United States Real Estate Specialists, who won Designated Broker of the Year; and The Rosin Team from eXp Realty, which won Real Estate Team of the Year.
