Dominic Mancini, Branch Manager & Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending, NMLS # 27586

Rate

Lending has been Dominic Mancini’s only career, and he’d have it no other way.

“After graduating from college, I went straight into lending because a great opportunity presented itself,” says Mancini, branch manager and senior vice president of mortgage lending for Rate. “I always knew I’d probably be doing something client-facing because of my love for people and my dad, who’s in real estate.” He’s been with the company now for 17 of his 21 years in the industry.

Being a branch manager gives him the resources, support and decision-making authority he needs to succeed in the highly competitive world of loan origination.

“My clients value my integrity above all else,” Mancini insists. “While time and business are important, pressuring clients into something that’s not in their best interest never makes sense. I’m here to build relationships. People trust that I’ll always guide them in the right direction.”

Even in an increasingly digital world, Mancini keeps the lending process personal. “If someone wants or needs to ask a question, there will be a human (usually me) to help them,” he says.

An award-winning loan officer, he consistently has earned President’s Club and Chairman’s Circle status. His deep market knowledge and expertise in the latest regulations allow him to offer the best loan options and close deals effectively. He also takes a tailored approach to every client, ensuring they feel heard, understood and valued — a strategy that has built him a business based primarily on referrals.

Married with three children, Mancini is active in his children’s school, coaches his children’s flag football teams and contributes to the Ray Graham Association in honor of his sister, who has special needs.
