Miles Brady started in the mortgage business as a teenager, spending his high school summers working for his dad’s team at Citibank. After graduating from Boise State University, Brady returned to Chicago, where he grew up, ready to take the next step in his career. He took a job as a loan officer assistant at U.S. Bank, helping two top-producing loan officers close over $100 million in combined annual volume. That experience taught him that real estate goes beyond loan processing — it’s about guiding people through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.

Now, with seven years in the industry, Brady has built a reputation as the go-to lender for medical professionals, including doctors, dentists, pharmacists and veterinarians. He understands their unique financial situations, from high student loan debt to complex 1099 income structures. Instead of applying a one-size-fits-all approach, he tailors solutions that work. “I can navigate 1099 physician employment very well, and I’m very knowledgeable in the student loan space,” he explains.  He invests his time in squaring away any underwriting challenges upfront so as to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for his clients once they find their dream home.

Brady’s dedication has earned him industry recognition. In 2024, he received the MortgageCX award for customer satisfaction, achieving extraordinary ratings from client surveys. That same year, Phoenix Agent magazine named him Loan Officer of the Year for his commitment to making the mortgage process smooth and stress-free.

In his free time, Brady enjoys music, hockey and playing guitar.
