It’s a good idea to start a career in Phoenix, according to an analysis from Elevate Leadership.
The company examined affordability, employment opportunities, quality of life and more in the 50 largest cities in the U.S. and found that Phoenix is the sixth-best place in the country to embark on a professional endeavor.
That’s mainly because the city boasts a high average annual wage while also offering relatively low costs of living and housing compared to other large cities. Plus, the city ranks ninth for work-from-home opportunities, while job growth has increased 2.1% year over year.
Furthermore, the Phoenix job market offers an above-average work-life balance, with tons of options for indoor and outdoor entertainment and recreation, meaning professionals get to play just as hard as they work.
