The Arizona Housing Fund (AZHF) celebrated its five-year anniversary in October at Fate Brewing Company in Phoenix. The organization’s Escrow Donation Program allows Realtors, brokerages and title companies to donate $25 from each home sale towards funding for nonprofits that combat homelessness in Arizona.
Numerous real estate professionals were among the attendees at the event, including North & Co. founder Brian North and NexMetro CEO Josh Hartmann.
“I’m extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished in the Arizona Housing Fund’s first five years,” said AZHF founder Howard Epstein. “Now that we’ve laid the foundation, I look forward to expanding our partners and participants to make a lasting impact, as more funding for permanent supportive housing is desperately needed in Arizona.”
