What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I was a senior business analyst for a Fortune 500 financial institution.
Where did you grow up?
Orangeville, Utah
Growing up, what did you want to be?
I wanted to have a corporate career and move to a senior level position or own my own business.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I love to travel!
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Jesus Christ. I’d ask him why he created the earth and all that is in it.
What is Phoenix’s best-kept secret?
What makes Phoenix truly special is its balance — where luxury resorts, world-class golf, desert adventures, water sports and culture come together. Phoenix isn’t just a stop in the desert, it’s a destination full of unexpected discoveries.
What do you love most about the industry?
No two days are the same. The market is constantly evolving — prices shift, inventory changes, new opportunities emerge — and that constant movement keeps the business exciting. It challenges me to stay sharp, adaptable and always learning.
I’m drawn to the negotiation side of the transaction. Every deal has its own dynamics, personalities and obstacles, and finding the path that brings both sides to the table is both an art and a skill.
At the end of the day, it’s incredibly rewarding to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while navigating a process that is always changing and challenging.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
What distinguishes me from many other agents is my corporate background and the way I bring that level of professionalism, strategy and structure into every real estate transaction. I approach real estate not just as a salesperson, but as a business advisor for my clients. From strategic pricing and marketing to navigating negotiations and contract details, I apply a disciplined, results-driven mindset that helps my clients make confident decisions and achieve the best outcomes for them.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The most difficult aspect of my job is navigating the emotional side of real estate while managing the complexity of the transaction. Buying or selling a home is often one of the biggest financial and personal decisions people make, and emotions can run high. My role is to stay steady, guide clients through the process, solve problems as they arise and keep the transaction moving forward toward a successful closing.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Build relationships and stay consistent. The majority of business comes from people who already know, like and trust you. Stay in regular contact with your past clients, sphere of influence and community. Focus on providing value, whether through market insights, helpful advice or simply checking in. When you consistently show up, stay visible and build genuine relationships, opportunities naturally follow.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Lately I’ve been binge watching Motiversity videos on YouTube. I enjoy the powerful reminders about discipline, mindset and pushing past limits.
What’s your favorite meal in Phoenix?
One of my favorite meals in Phoenix is at Wolf by Vanderpump.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Phoenix?
Arizona Biltmore. Every time I see it, it feels like a piece of Arizona history that still stands out today.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I grew up in a very small town of about 1,200 people. My father was a coal miner and my mother worked as a bank teller, and they both instilled in me the value of hard work and integrity from a young age.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Dublin, Ireland, especially because of a recent trip we took with our entire family. What made the trip even more special was spending time in County Cork, where part of our family’s heritage comes from.
What is your favorite city after Phoenix?
Prescott. What I love most is the immediate sense of relaxation when you arrive. The cooler air and the smell of the pine trees instantly make you slow down and breathe a little deeper.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Build relationships, stay consistent and ALWAYS follow up.

A few inspirational voices I enjoy following include Coach Pain, Alex Hormozi, Gary Vaynerchuk, Mel Robbins and Matthew McConaughey.
