Allicia Roza-Carrozza is a second-generation native of the North Valley. After graduating high school, she went to work in dentistry before entering real estate in 2008, when she was recognized as Rookie of the Year. Since then, Roza-Corrozza has worked every aspect of the real estate market, representing buyers, sellers and investors and handling short sales, foreclosures and rentals.

Not only is Roza-Corrozza a full-time Realtor, she is also a full-time mom to two energetic boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Charlie Brown, boating on Lake Pleasant, enjoying happy hour with friends, or being outside, weather permitting.
