Sales are underway at Landsea Homes’ new community in Mesa. The builder is offering 90 homes priced from the high $400,000s.

Floor plans range from 1,404 to 2,683 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to 3.5 bathrooms and smart home features.

Residents will have access to community amenities, including a pool, pool house and pickleball courts.
