Oakwood Homes launched a first-time homebuyer program in partnership with Home+Plus, Nest Home Lending and the Arizona Industrial Development Authority.

The program will allow qualified buyers to borrow with below-market interest rates and receive up to 4% down-payment assistance. Certain buyers may even qualify to purchase a home with $0 down.

“Oakwood Homes is committed to making homeownership a reality for more Arizonans,” Arizona Market President Michael Fraley said in a press release. “Our hope is that this program empowers individuals and families to build financial strength, stability and independence through homeownership.”
