Recent national advocacy in support of veterans’ loan policies ensures that those who have served our country are supported in their homeownership journey, while state and local efforts, such as the repeal of the rental tax that went into effect in 2025, remove barriers to housing and increase affordability in Arizona.
From families searching for their first home to retirees seeking a place to settle down, the Association emphasizes our importance as a unified force to advance homeownership for all. In March, the 2025 Arizona REALTORS® Spring Conference was a powerful testament to the strength of our Association and relationships we have built as professionals from across Arizona gathered to learn, share strategies, reflect on our collective experiences, connect and empower each other.
