David Furnia is now an affiliate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty’s North Scottsdale office. Previously, he was an agent with Realty ONE Group.

A 16-year veteran of the industry, Furnia is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. He also received Kepner-Tregoe training.

“Before transitioning into real estate in 2010, I was a general contractor for years. I switched to real estate because I wanted to help people navigate what is often a stressful process,” Furnia shared in a press release. “My background in construction and real estate has given me a unique skill set to serve my clients better, and my goal has always been to make their experience as positive and stress-free as possible.”
