Toll Brothers opened Stonegate Court, a boutique gated community in Gilbert. A model home is open at 4229 South Quinn Ave.

The 22-home community features three floor plans with three to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and three- to four-car garages, with personalization options available. Pricing begins at $1,383,995.

Stonegate Court is zoned to Higley Unified School District.
