David Weekley Homes will construct homes in three Phoenix-area communities: Legado West in Queen Creek, Tavolo at Soleo in San Tan Valley and The Ridge at Victory, an active adult community within Victory at Verrado in Buckeye.

The builder will offer two collections, Suelo and Tierra, at Legado West. Suelo at Legado West will include five floor plans ranging from 3,240 to 3,800 square feet on 90-foot homesites, while Tierra at Legado West will include five floor plans ranging from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet on 100-foot homesites. Both collections will offer RV garage options.

The Tavolo at Soleo offerings, meanwhile, will include eight floor plans ranging from 1,930 to 3,340 square feet on 55-foot homesites. Model home construction is underway in both communities.

Encore by David Weekley Homes will also offer seven one-story floor plans in The Ridge at Victory within the Victory at Verrado community for buyers aged 55 and up.
