Minimal Living Concepts, an Arizona-based homebuilder known for creating guest homes, casitas and accessory dwelling units (ADUs), is expanding its offerings to include semi-custom, full-size primary homes.
Co-founders Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag say they founded their business on the premise of simplifying the guest home building process by offering pre-designed floor plans that buyers can customize aspects of online.
“We started with ADUs, which gave us an opportunity to develop our team and streamline our processes and technology,” Amzallag said in a press release. “Now we’re excited to offer our full-size home products to those looking to build a new home in the greater Phoenix area.”
The builder’s offerings will now include three primary home options: M1, a 2,959-square-foot home with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, starting at $1.175 million; M2, a 3,659-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and flex space, staring at $1.43 million; and M3, a 3,430-square-foot split plan home with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, starting at $1.38 million.
Minimal Living Concepts also has three spec homes under construction in Arcadia, set to be completed in the first half of this year.
