Replacement homebuilder Thomas James Homes (TJH) announced that Peter Beucke was appointed president of the company’s Arizona division. In his new role, Beucke will manage land acquisition, development, construction, sales and marketing for the division.
“With more than 35 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Beucke contributes a refined focus on service and hands-on approach to TJH’s daily operations,” Chief Legal Officer Franco Tenerelli said in a press release. “As he steps into his new role, we are confident he will utilize his strategic approach to drive the Arizona division’s growth forward.”
Beucke first joined TJH as vice president of asset management in 2024. Before that, he held positions at Landsea Homes, Lennar and KB Home. He’s also a licensed architect and holds a Bachelor of Science in design from Arizona State University.
“It has been an honor to be a part of the TJH team and take on this new role,” Beucke said. “I look forward to continuing to work with our dedicated team to deliver high-quality homes while staying true to the company’s core practices and, above all, focusing on customer needs.”
