Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that Christopher Barker will serve as branch manager for its Scottsdale office.

Barker has over 20 years of real estate experience, most recently serving as a team leader and manager with Keller Williams. In his new role, he’ll oversee more than 10 teams and over 180 agents while managing daily branch operations and implementing growth strategies.

“The values of the Berkshire Hathaway leadership team stood out to me,” Barker said in a press release. “Integrity, honesty and genuine care for agents has always been my top priority, and working for a franchise that upholds those values is important to me.

“My philosophy has always been simple,” he continued. “When we prioritize doing the right thing for our clients, success naturally follows. If home is where the heart is, then putting people first has to be our highest commitment.”
