Leasing is underway at Summerwell Peoria Place, a new build-to-rent community in Peoria.

Located at 7951 W. Whitney Drive, Summerwell Peoria Place includes over 600 units, with duplex apartments as well as detached one- and two-story homes. Units feature smart home technologies, laundry rooms with washers and dryers and one- or two-car garages. Select units also have fenced-in backyards.

“Summerwell Peoria Place is already located in a vibrant neighborhood, and we are looking forward to seeing the community’s residents bring our vision to life,” Billy Cundiff, managing director for development at Greystar, said in a press release. “We’ve crafted a neighborhood that fosters community and combines the luxury of single-family home privacy with the convenience of a rental property.”

Residents will have access to a number of amenities, including a swimming pool and spa, putting green, sports park and outdoor kitchens.

Homes are available for immediate move-in, with the remainder of the community slated for completion next fall.
