Arizona REALTORS® installed its 2025 executive committee at its annual Leadership Conference in Scottsdale. The association will be led by RE/MAX Excalibur agent Sulinda “Sindy” Ready.

“As the 2025 president of the Arizona REALTORS®, I am truly honored to serve our members and our industry during these transformative times,” Ready said in a press release, adding that the association’s primary initiatives in 2025 will include enhancing education, improving communication amongst members and consumers and fighting for homeownership and private property rights.

A 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Ready served as president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® in 2020 and national president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2015. She was also an executive committee member for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for the 2022 to 2023 term.

Ready will be joined by 2025 President-Elect Lisa Paffrath, as well as First Vice President Shane Cook and Treasurer Paul Baker.

Paffrath, an agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Grand View North in Flagstaff, is a past president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® and served as chair of the Arizona REALTORS® Risk Management Committee.

Future VP Cook, who works with eXp Realty in Chandler, has held leadership positions with the West and Southwest REALTORS® of the Valley and currently serves as a director and committee member for the NAR Consumer Communications Committee and the Business Technology and Communications Committee.

Baker, who has been in the industry for over 37 years, is an agent with RE/MAX Fine Properties in Scottsdale. In the past, he’s been a board member for the Arizona REALTORS® Legislative and Political Affairs Committee and served as treasurer of the Scottsdale Area Association and as a member on the association’s political action and member relief committees.
