One Valley community is ranked among the nation’s 121 most expensive ZIP codes, according to a new PropertyShark report.

PropertyShark analyzed residential transactions between Jan. 1 and Sept. 30 to determine its list of the most expensive ZIP codes in the country. 

Paradise Valley ZIP code 85253 is No. 28 on the list, with a median home price of $3.25 million. It’s the sixth consecutive year that the ZIP code has made PropertyShark’s list. It was the only Arizona postal code to make the rankings.

California led the way with 80 ZIP codes in the top 121, followed by 19 in New York, six in New Jersey, five in Massachusetts, four in Connecticut and two in Washington. 

The priciest ZIP code in the U.S. was Atherton (94027) in San Mateo County, California, where the median sale price is $7.9 million, followed by Sagaponack (11962) in the Hamptons on New York’s Long Island, where the median sale price stands at $5.95 million.
