Real estate agents Mercedes Arenado-Melian and Nick Drake recently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, the company announced.

Arenado-Melian has joined the firm’s Tempe/Ahwatukee office. Previously, she was an agent with Barrett Real Estate. She is fluent in Spanish and involved with the local chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

“As an expert negotiator in real estate, I am passionate about helping clients find their perfect home and take great pride in making the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for my clients,” Arenado-Melian said in a news release. “I’m dedicated to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with market trends and shifts to provide my clients with the most accurate and relevant information.

Drake is based at Coldwell Banker’s Fountain Hills office. Before the move, Drake was an agent with The Barker team at Keller Williams in Fountain Hills. 

Prior to working in real estate, Drake was a senior investigator and an assistant district manager for Cal/OSHA. He holds a bachelor of science in business from California State University, East Bay.
