Tavalo Communities, a subsidiary of GTIS Partners, celebrated the grand opening of Tavalo Queen Creek on May 16.

Located at 24815 Ellsworth Road in Queen Creek, the 26-acre build-to-rent community includes 276 units spanning from one to three bedrooms.

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, GTIS Partners donated $5,000 to the Queen Creek Promise Program, a local organization that funds tuition to the Chandler-Gilbert Community College for eligible high school students.
