Agents and teams from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Arizona Properties were recognized as top producers at Berkshire Hathaway’s HERO Sales Convention in New Orleans last month. Among the top award recipients were the Allan & Murphy Luxury Property Group, which was named the No. 15 small team in the brokerage’s global network.
“Over the past year, our agents demonstrated true adaptability and resilience as they were dealt a challenging market,” Troy Reierson, CEO of BHHS Arizona Properties, said in a press release. “Instead of succumbing to obstacles, they used them as stepping stones to success, turning adversity into opportunity.”
At the event, BHHS Arizona Properties honored its top 10 agents statewide. Topping the list was Linda Salkow, a Scottsdale agent with over $37 million in sales volume last year. Salkow was followed by Nisreen Hawley, Jeff Zieky, Sandra Gaare, Teresa Fahl, Michele Klein, Nicole Demas, Attila Juhasz, Neil Gatten and Michelle Mazzola.
The Allan & Murphy Luxury Property Group was also recognized as the No. 1 team in Arizona, with $81.7 million in sales volume in 2023. The team was followed by The Santistevan Group, The Klibanoff Group, Fine Homes Group, Integrity All Stars, Alan Levanson Team, Desert Elite Group, The Murphy Team, The Kallner Collective and Mattisinko Group.
In addition, Sedona agent Isaiah Wright was named Rookie of the Year, while Christina Lucas, a staff member at the Scottsdale office, was named Employee of the Year.
In total, BHHS Arizona Properties closed 2,483 real estate transactions last year, with a volume of over $1.7 billion.
