Privately owned homebuilder Mattamy Homes secured land in Bella Vista Farms, a master-planned community in San Tan Valley. Mattamy will build 118 single-family homes on the 30-acre parcel of land.
“Our entire team is excited about being part of the choice that homebuyers have when looking to live in the highly coveted community of Bella Vista Farms,” Don Barrineau, president of Mattamy’s Phoenix division, said in a press release. “We are thrilled to offer the quality and thoughtful home and community design that Mattamy is known for to [El Dorado Holding’s] development in the Southeast Valley.”
A majority of Mattamy’s homes in Bella Vista Farms will be built on 45-foot lots. Buyers will have their choice of six floor plans in both one- and two-story orientations.
Residents will have access to Bella Vista Farms amenities, including an 11-acre community park, resort-style swimming pool, shaded water playground, event lawn and sports courts. Plans for the community also include a future school site.
Land development is already underway. Sales are anticipated to begin next fall.
