David Weekley Homes broke ground on a model home in Sentiero, a new-home development within the Windrose master-planned community in Waddell.

Sentiero at Windrose will include six floor plans varying in size from 2,300 to 3,300 square feet and a mixture of exterior designs including desert transitional, farmhouse, desert prairie and Spanish architecture styles. David Weekley’s model, The Cortessa, showcases many of the design options available to buyers.

Community amenities will include parks, trails, tot lots and a covered ramada. Sentiero is located nearby the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park and the Westgate Entertainment District. The community is zoned to Agua Fria Union High School District.
