Camelot Homes will host a grand opening event at Shadow Ridge, a 31-home community in Scottsdale, on March 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Located at the southwest corner of 128th Street and Alameda Road, Shadow Ridge will offer homes ranging in size from 4,190 to 6,444 square feet with four to six bedrooms and 4.5 to 6.5 bathrooms. Pricing will start at $2.75 million.

“Shadow Ridge is the ultimate Scottsdale sanctuary,” Julie Hancock, co-owner and managing partner of Camelot Homes, said in a press release. “While this community feels like you’ve escaped to a luxurious private oasis in the desert, it’s all just minutes from Scottsdale’s best dining and shopping destinations.”
