Camelot Homes will host a grand opening at Willow, a 14-home luxury gated community in North Central Phoenix. The event will be held Feb. 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Located on N. 15th Avenue, Willow offers single-level homes ranging in size from 3,100 to 4,100 square feet on quarter-acre lots. Buyers can choose from four floor plans, two of which include basement options. Pricing starts at $1.5 million.

Nine of the homes in Willow have already sold, with five still available for purchase.
