Lynda Haneman is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s West Valley office as an affiliate agent. The 30-year veteran of the industry is moving back to Arizona after spending 26 years with Coldwell Banker Bain in Redmond, Washington.

“My goal is to make the home buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible while providing the best possible representation to my clients,” Haneman said in a press release. “Whether a first-time buyer, downsizing for retirement or a client’s umpteenth corporate relocation, I’ve done it all — with pleasure.”

Haneman first joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 1995, earning her managing broker license in 2004. In the past, the Certified Residential Specialist has worked with new home builders as well as Coldwell Banker’s relocation team.
