Family-owned homebuilder Camelot Homes named Leela Smith its new director of sales. Smith replaces Sharon Baker, who recently retired after four years in the role.

“New home sales are my passion, and I’m so fortunate to have built a career doing what I love,” Smith said in a press release. “This new position gives me an opportunity to work with our sales team members and deliver an outstanding experience to our homeowners every step of the way.”

Smith joined Camelot Homes just over three years ago. She brings over 20 years of experience in new home sales to her position and has received numerous industry recognitions, including the MAME Award for top sales production in Arizona.

“Leela is a pro at helping our customers find their dream homes,” said Managing Director and Co-owner Julie Hancock. “Not only is she a top sales professional, but she knows how to make the experience a great one, start to finish. With 10 active Camelot Homes communities across the Valley and multiple single-family rental communities in the works, Leela is making sure our sales team has the tools and support needed to meet their goals.”
