Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties held its 2022 Sales Awards on May 5, announcing the company’s sales and transaction volumes for last year, as well as individual achievements from Berkshire Hathaway agents.

Nearly 800 real estate professionals attended the event, where Berkshire Hathaway revealed that the company closed 10,854 transactions in 2022 with a sales volume of over $7.2 billion.

“In Arizona, our average sales price was one of the highest in the market,” CEO Troy Reierson said. “That says so much about our executives and their commitment to providing the absolute best service to their clients.”

The company recognized its top 10 teams and individual agents at the event. The top overall sales executive for 2022 was Linda Salkow, who amassed over $34 million in sales volume. She was followed by Teresa Fahl, Judy Zimet, Michelle Miller, Nisreen Hawley, Nora Heideman, Marie Heilman, Dave Patterson, Jenna Ronan and Velma Herzberg.

The No. 1 team was The Santistevan Group, with$92 million in sales. They were followed by The Chandler Ocotillo Group, Fine Homes Group, The Murphy Team, Z Luxury Group, The Klibanoff Group, The Leahy Team, The Bray Team, Mattisinko Group and Desert Pinnacle Group.

Sedona agent Sonya Ashford was named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona’s Rookie of the Year, while Alicia Isaac was named Employee of the Year. The Northwest and Anthem branch, managed by Brandon Cohen, was named Branch of the Year.
