Four Phoenix-area residential real estate brokerages made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Companies are ranked by percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021 and had to have earned at least $100,000 in revenue in 2018 and $2 million in 2021.

RosinTeam in Scottsdale, led by Lauren Rosin, was No. 1,215 on the list. Founded in 2012, the firm has demonstrated a three-year growth of 534%.

Venture REI, also in Scottsdale, was No. 3,051 with growth at 177%. Phoenix-based North&Co. was No. 3484 at 149%. Launch Real Estate in Scottsdale came in at No. 3,675 at 138% growth.
