Two mortgage lenders were recently named as the best places to work in Arizona among companies of their size.

Fairway Independent Mortgage was named the No. 1 place to work in Arizona among large companies, according to a survey of employees compiled by AZ Central.

Fairway has 60 offices in Arizona. It is based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Geneva Financial, based in Chandler, was the No. 1 workplace among midsize companies, defined as 150-499 employees.
