72SOLD in Scottsdale has formed a strategic partnership with Keller Williams, the companies announced Monday.
Founded by Arizona attorney and real estate broker Greg Hague, 72SOLD uses a home sale process that it touts as more convenient for sellers, boosting sale prices and adding flexibility on closing and move dates.
More than 8,900 homes have been sold with the 72SOLD program since 2020, with a median sale price 10.9% higher than the MLS median, the company said.
“We’re excited to partner with Greg and the 72SOLD team, which has systematized a home sale model that delivers, driving a powerful experience and strong results for home sellers,” said Gary Keller, executive chairman of kwx, the holding company for Keller Williams and its affiliates and subsidiaries. “With this partnership, our agents have the opportunity to further scale and fuel their success.”
Keller Williams has the most agents of any real estate franchise in the world, with 1,100 offices and more than 200,000 associates.
“Partnering with Gary and Keller Williams is the opportunity you dream for,” Hague said. “We currently dominate the Phoenix, Arizona, market and the demand for 72SOLD services has expanded rapidly across Arizona and a multitude of U.S. states.
“And, to fully embrace opportunity, we’re partnered with KW to rapidly scale our offering across the globe.”
