These Phoenix-area cities have the most expensive homes

Using data from the Zillow Home Values Index, news media outlet Stacker analyzed 51 cities in the Phoenix metropolitan area to determine which has the most expensive typical homes.

The most expensive city on Stacker’s list is Paradise Valley, which has a typical home value of $2,958,895. That price has gone up 4.7% year over year, but has increased by nearly 70% from five years ago.
