Geneva Financial, a direct mortgage lender headquartered in Chandler, Ariz., has announced that Kelly Singh is joining its leadership as chief compliance officer. In the role, she will oversee both quality control and compliance for the company.

Singh has more than 17 years of experience in adaptive risk and compliance operations, formerly having served as director of business risk and controls at USAA. There, she established a first-line operational risk team to address risk assessment, including operating losses and IT oversight.

“This transition to Geneva Financial has proven to be an exciting new chapter for me,” Singh said in a press release. “I am excited to be a part of the company’s incredible growth and good human company culture.”
